I bought and returned 3 other pairs due to arch strain before a salesman recommended these. Problem solved! I road run, trail run and XT in these, they have held up really well.Therefore, the shoes will be great!

I really like these air max Nike shoes. I ordered a whole size bigger, based on recommendations, so the shoes fit perfectly. It takes a little while getting used to the feel of the shoe, but they are super-comfortable! I wear them daily.
