China is threatening to revoke Google’s business license over the company’s decision to redirect Chinese traffic to computers in Hong Kong that are not governed by the communist government’s censorship practices.

The latest skirmish between Beijing and the Internet search leader threatens to cripple the Nike Air Max 2010 company in one of the Web’s biggest markets.

Google agreed Tuesday to dismantle the virtual bridge to its Hong site that was created in March, but it was unclear whether that will be enough to stay in business in China. The license is required for the company to continue providing its mapping and music services in China.

Google hopes to keep its license by turning its Chinese website into a so-called “landing page” anchored by a link that users must click on to send visitors to the Hong Kong search service. The company has no plans to revert back to its previous practice of omitting search results that the Chinese government considers subversive or pornographic.

“This new approach is consistent with our commitment not to self-censor and, we believe, with local law,” David Drummond, Google’s top lawyer, wrote in a blog post.

A foreign ministry spokesman, Qin Gang, said he had not seen Google’s announcement and could not comment on it. However, he added, “I would like to stress that the Chinese government encourages foreign enterprises to operate in China according to law.”

The impasse could drag on for months, analysts predicted, as both Nike Air Max 2003 Google and the Chinese government jostle in a heavyweight wrestling match unfolding on an international stage.

Google Inc. announced in January that it would no longer comply with Chinese censorship after being hit by a hacking attack traced to China. The high-profile challenge irritated Chinese leaders, even though they want foreign companies to help develop the country’s technology industry.

Google met a Wednesday deadline to apply to renew its Internet license in China. It’s not clear how long the Chinese government will take to review the application, but BGC Financial analyst Colin Gillis expects the company “to twist in the wind for a while.”

Google’s uncertain fate in China could become a distraction for management, but it’s one that is probably worth the trouble, said Gartner Inc. analyst Whit Andrews.

That’s because China already has about 400 million people online, making it the world’s largest Internet Air Max LeBron VII market, and that figure is expected to steadily grow for decades to come.

“Google knows its shareholders think it’s important to be in China, and a lot of its future value is riding on that,” Andrews said. And China’s government knows it has to flex its muscle because “if it looks like Google is running the show, it could affect their power.”

Google shares fell $17.82, or nearly 4 percent, to $454.26 on a rough day throughout the stock market.

China has not produced a big windfall for Google yet, partly because it’s one of Air Max 2009 the few markets where the company’s search engine is not the most popular. (The homegrown Baidu.com holds a 60 percent share compared with about 30 percent for Google.)

Analysts estimate Google gets $250 million to $600 million in annual revenue from China, or about 1 percent to 2 percent of its total revenue.

Even if Chinese regulators approve Google’s new navigation tool, the added click to reach Hong Kong could still drive away some users.

If that were to happen, “then advertisers will panic and cut spending,” said Edward Yu, president of Analysys International, an Internet research firm in Beijing.

Google could still remain in China even if the government Nike Air Max 360 pulls the plug on its website in that country. The company has indicated it would like to retain its engineering staff in China to take advantage of the country’s technology talent and to maintain a sales force that also sells ads to Chinese businesses trying to reach customers outside the country.

If Google.cn is shut down, mainland Chinese users could still reach Google’s services by manually typing in the address of the Hong Kong site. But China’s government could also use its own technology tools, sometimes called a “Great Firewall,” to prevent its citizens from connecting to Google’s sites outside the country.

Alex has become the first hurricane of the Atlantic season and is churning through the western Gulf, taking aim at the Mexico-Texas border and far away from the massive oil spill.

Alex had maximum sustained winds at 75 mph (120 kph) late Tuesday. The Air Max shoes National Hurricane Center says the Category 1 storm is the first June Atlantic hurricane since 1995.

Forecasters says landfall seems likely Cheap Nike Air Max 90 Wednesday night.

Hurricane-force winds extended up to 15 miles (30 kilometers) from the storm’s center. Tropical storm-force winds Cheap Nike Air Max 97 extend 175 miles (280 kilometers).

A hurricane warning was posted for Nike Air Max 95 the Texas coast from Baffin Bay, south to the mouth of the Rio Grande river and south to La Cruz,

MOSCOW – Some of the suspected spies arrested in the United States are Russian citizens, Russia’s Foreign Ministry acknowledged Tuesday, but it insisted they did nothing to hurt U.S. interests.

The ministry statement said Russia is counting on the U.S. “to show proper understanding, taking into Air Max Nike account the positive character of the current stage of development of Russian-American relations.”

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin delivered the same message during a meeting at his country residence with former President Bill Clinton, who was in Moscow to speak at an investment conference.

“I understand that back home police are putting people in prison,” Putin said, drawing a laugh from Clinton. “That’s their job. I’m counting on the fact that the positive trend seen in the relationship will not be harmed by these events.”

The Foreign Ministry would not say specifically Air Max 90 how many of the 11 alleged deep-cover agents are Russian.

NTV television identified two of the defendants as Russian and showed their photographs from a social networking website. NTV said Mikhail Semenko had moved to the U.S. in 2008 and Anna Chapman, said to have an English husband, moved to the U.S. in February of this year. Both are in their late 20s.

The FBI announced the arrests of 10 suspects Monday, and an 11th person allegedly involved in the Russian spy ring was arrested Tuesday in Cyprus. Court papers said the operation goes back as far as the 1990s and many of the suspects were tracked for years.

Semenko and Chapman, however, were listed in a separate complaint and said to use their real names. Most of the other suspects were accused of using Nike Air Max 2010 fake names and purporting to be U.S. or Canadian citizens while really being Russian.

They are accused of attempting to infiltrate U.S. policymaking circles while posing as ordinary citizens, some of them as married couples.

Oleg Gordievsky, a former deputy head of the KGB in London who defected in 1985, said Russia probably has about 50 deep-cover couples spying inside the United States.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev would know the number of illegal operatives in each target country but not their names, the 71-year-old ex-double agent told The Associated Press in a phone interview Tuesday.

Countries often have a number of intelligence officials whose identities are declared to their host nation, usually working in embassies, trade delegations and other official posts.

Gordievsky, who spent nine years working in the KGB directorate in Nike Air Max 2003 charge of illegal spy teams, said he estimates there are 400 declared Russian intelligence officers in the U.S., as well as up to 50 couples charged with covertly cultivating military and diplomat officials as sources of information.

He said the complexity involved in training and running undercover teams means Russia is unlikely to have significantly more operatives now than during his career.

“I understand the resources they have, and how many people they can train and send to other countries,” Gordievsky said. “It is possible there may be more now, but not many more, and no more than 60 (couples).”

The ex-KGB officer said deep-cover spies often fail to deliver better intelligence than their colleagues who work in the open.

“They are supposed to be the vanguard of Russian intelligence,” Gordievsky said. “But what they are really doing is nothing, they just sit at home in Nike Air Max TN Britain, France and the U.S.”

The Foreign Ministry’s first reaction to the U.S. arrests was less amicable, and some senior Russian lawmakers said some in the U.S. government may be trying to undercut President Barack Obama’s warming relations with Moscow.

“These actions are unfounded and pursue unseemly goals,” the ministry said in a statement issued earlier Tuesday. “We don’t understand the reasons which prompted the U.S. Department of Justice to make a public statement in the spirit of Cold War-era spy stories.”

Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov noted that U.S. authorities announced the arrest Nike Free 3.0V2 just days after Medvedev had visited the United States and met Obama at the White House.

“They haven’t explained to us what this is about,” Lavrov said at a news conference during a trip to Jerusalem. “I hope they will. The only thing I can say today is that the moment for doing that has been chosen with special elegance.”

Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service refused to comment on the arrests of its alleged agents.

Nikolai Kovalyov, the former chief of the main KGB successor agency, the Federal Security Service, said some of the U.S. charges against the alleged spies resembled a “bad spy novel.”

Kovalyov, now a lawmaker, said the arrests were an attempt by some “hawkish circles” in the United States to demonstrate the need for a tougher line toward Moscow. Kovalyov added that Russian-U.S. ties will continue to improve despite the spy scandal.

“Our two great powers must stand together,” he said.

Some lawmakers suggested a tit-for-tat Russian response, but Kovalyov said Russia would reciprocate only Air Max 95 “if the Americans don’t stop at that and risk evicting our diplomats,” the ITAR-Tass news agency reported.

Other senior Russian lawmakers also alleged that some in the U.S. government resented warmer ties with Russia.

“This was initiated, was done by certain people of certain political forces, who aren’t in favor of improving relations between Russia and the United States, and I feel deeply sorry about that,” Konstantin Kosachev, the head of the foreign affairs committee in the lower house, the State Duma, told Associated Press Television News.

“Not all of them support Obama’s policy,” Mikhail Grishankov, a deputy head of the Duma’s security affairs committee, told AP. “There are forces interested in tensions.”

Viktor Kremenyuk, a deputy head of the U.S. and Canada Institute, a Moscow-based think tank, said the spy case could threaten a planned ratification of a new nuclear arms reduction deal signed by Obama and Medvedev in April.

“That may change the atmosphere, that may change Air Max 97 the attitudes among Americans toward Russia, (and) that may cause very significant political consequences,” Kremenyuk said.

In Britain, the case stirred memories of the country’s own illegal Soviet spy — Melita Norwood, a civil servant who spent Air Max shoes about 40 years passing atomic research and other secrets to Moscow. Authorities ruled against prosecuting the elderly grandmother when she was exposed in 1992. Norwood died in 2005 at the age of 93.

Faced with more than two weeks of increasingly strident protests in the divided Himalayan region, government forces have been accused of killing a total of 11 people in Indian-controlled Kashmir. Protesters demanding independence have attacked troops with Air Max shoes rocks and sticks, and government forces have responded by launching tear gas, charging with batons and opening fire.

Muslim militants have fought in the Indian-controlled part of Kashmir since 1989 for independence or merger with Pakistan.

While anti-India demonstrations are frequent in the region, the latest round of street protests was triggered by a police investigation earlier this month that found Indian army soldiers had killed three Kashmiri civilians in May. The investigation said the soldiers staged a gunbattle in order to claim the dead were militants. The army responded by suspending two officers.

Clashes broke out across the region again Tuesday, and three civilians were killed the town of Anantnag, 35 miles (55 kilometers) south of the main city of Srinagar, police said. Local residents said that one of the dead, Ishtiyaq Ahmed Khanday, 15, was Nike Free running not part of any protests and was killed in the compound of his home.

Meanwhile, thousands of police in riot gear patrolled the city of Srinagar, where shops, businesses and government offices were shut.

Police and paramilitary soldiers drove through neighborhoods warning people to stay indoors and not participate in pro-independence protests, said Afaq Wani, a Srinagar resident. He said police were imposing a de facto curfew.

Sajad Ahmed, a local police officer, said that no curfew has been imposed but that the state government has banned the assembly in public of more than five people. Troops also erected steel barricades and laid razor wire across main roads to prevent public gatherings.

“We’re imposing restrictions to Air Max 2009 avoid clashes,” Ahmed said.

Similar restrictions were also imposed in several other towns in the region. In the violence-torn town of Sopore, 35 miles (55 kilometers) northwest of Srinagar, an indefinite curfew was in force for the fifth consecutive day.

A separate gunbattle near the India-Pakistan frontier broke out on Monday when a group of suspected militants infiltrated into Air Max 180 Indian territory in the Nowgam sector, sparking a gunbattle that killed five of the suspected insurgents and three Indian soldiers, said Col. Vineet Sood, an army spokesman.

Nuclear-armed Pakistan and India have fought two Nike Free shoes wars over Kashmir. India accuses Pakistan of funding and training militants in the Pakistani-held portion of Kashmir and helping them slip over to the Indian side to fight. Islamabad denies the charge.

More than 68,000 people, mostly civilians, have been killed in the conflict since 1989.

17. Sports Equipment: Most people buy sports equipment planning to use it until it drops, but this rarely happens. 21. Recreational Items: It’s fairly easy to find high ticket recreational items like campers, boats, and jet skis being resold. Oftentimes, they’re barely used at all. As long as they’re in safe, working condition, they’ll make for a better value when purchased used than new.

Anger, fear and paranoia abound as blatantly horrible referee mistakes pile up like the massive amounts of cash being generated by the 2010 World Cup. The two most recent incidents – Frank Lampard’s disregarded goal against Germany and Carlos Tevez’s miles offside opening score against Mexico – were so bad that they go beyond mere errors in judgment and have some considering more sinister puppeteering at work.

And the justification of that is growing. Already resolute in Air Max Nike their anti-technology/instant replay stubbornness, FIFA is now trying to ensure there is no evidence against referee rulings inside the stadiums, as there was when Tevez’s offside goal was shown on Soccer City’s big screens, which caused Mexican players to intensify their protests. From the AP:

FIFA spokesman Nicolas Maingot said Monday that replaying the incident was “a clear mistake.”

“This will be corrected and we will have a closer look into that,” Maingot told a news conference Monday. “We will work on this Air Max 360 and be a bit more, I would say, tight on this for the games to be played.”

Maingot said the screens were used to broadcast a FIFA “infotainment program” to fans before the match and could be used to replay some match action.

The only “clear mistake” FIFA admits to is Air Max 180 that they shouldn’t have allowed people to see the real mistakes. Is it time to grab the torches and pitchforks yet? Not quite. There’s more.

As Tom Dunmore at Pitch Invasion points out, the match reports on FIFA’s official website recap a much cleaner version of what happened in both of Sunday’s matches. On Lampard’s goal:

Meetings between these two sides often provide talking points and this one’s came 60 seconds later when Lampard’s shot from the edge of the box struck the underside of the crossbar and bounced down, with the referee ruling the ball had not crossed the goalline.

It simply bounced down and was ruled as having not crossed the line? That paints a very different picture than what everyone with a television saw. It makes it sound as if it was almost close. And it was only a talking point because the only Nike Air Max 2003 people who didn’t recognize it as a goal were the refs.

On Tevez’s first goal:

Tevez might have thought his chance had gone when Perez raced out to block bravely at his feet, but Messi was quick-witted enough to return the ball toward goal, where the Manchester City striker was waiting to head home. Breaking the deadlock enabled Argentina to take a firm grip on proceedings, and within seven minutes that hold was strengthened as Mexico reached for the self-destruct button.

“Waiting to head home” … in an astoundingly offside position.

Sure FIFA nor any corporate entity wants to highlight their failings on their official website, but FIFA’s attempts to hope Nike Air Max LTD everyone simply forgets what they saw goes beyond those match reports. According to the AP, they kept their lips locked during the press ravaging that was Sunday’s daily briefing, too:

The governing body of world football did not send any officials with responsibility for referees to its daily briefing despite widespread furor over Sunday’s errors.

FIFA spokesman Nicolas Maingot faced hostile Nike Air Max 89 questioning but said he was not competent to discuss decisions by referees or football’s rules-making panel, which has rejected introducing video technology that would help match officials.

“We obviously will not open any debate,” Maingot said. “This is obviously not the place for this.”

The debate is already open, Mr. Maingot. It’s been released from confinement and it has you surrounded. If the sport’s glittering centerpiece of a tournament – the one that this debate threatens to ruin – isn’t the place to discuss it and maybe even do something to at least appear as if you care, then where?

But the primary question remains – is it corruption at work or ineptitude compounded by embarrassment? To be honest, it almost has to be the latter. If the fix was in, you’d think they would at least try to be sneaky about it rather than purposefully ignore clear Nike Free shoes goals and blindly overlook offside infractions that even someone unfamiliar with the rule could spot. That’s just stupidity. Then again, this is FIFA and whether it’s protecting sponsor against poor street merchants and ladies in orange dresses or doing business through nepotism, subtlety has never been its strong suit.

China and Taiwan prepared Tuesday to sign a trade deal that binds their economies closer and that Beijing hopes could lead to political accommodation six decades after the rivals split amid civil war.

Taiwan hopes the tighter economic links will keep the island from being economically marginalized as China’s global clout grows. Beijing is granting Taiwanese products quick tariff reductions to show the Cheap Nike Air Max benefits of closer ties.

The pact will end tariffs on hundreds of products traded across the strait and allow Taiwanese firms access to 11 service sectors on the mainland, including banking, accounting, insurance and hospitals. It should boost bilateral trade already totaling about $110 billion a year: some $80 billion in goods flowing to China, and $30 billion to Taiwan.

The deal will be signed in the southern Chinese city of Chongqing — a venue with an evocative history. Communist leader Mao Zedong and Nationalist President Chiang Kai-shek tried to negotiate a truce there after World War II — but failed. The two sides then resumed the civil war that ultimately saw Nike Free 7.0 trainer Chiang’s government driven from the mainland to Taiwan in 1949.

For decades, relations across the 100-mile- (160-kilometer-) wide Taiwan Strait have been strained and remain a potential military flashpoint. China has 1,300 missiles aimed at Taiwanese targets and, while Taiwan has cut its defense budget as a proportion of GDP in the last two years, it retains a well-equipped air force as a deterrent.

Chen Yunlin, who oversaw negotiations for Beijing, met Tuesday morning with Chiang Pin-kung, chairman of Taiwan’s semiofficial Straits Exchange Foundation, ahead of the signing later in the day. A second agreement on intellectual property rights protection also is to be signed.

“This is a critical moment in the development of Cheap Nike Air Max 90 long-term relations. We should seize the opportunity to work together and build mutual trust,” Chiang said.

Chen called it an agreement of “equal consultation and mutual benefits.”

Formally known as the Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement, the pact marks a political victory for both governments. Chinese President Hu Jintao has sought to move beyond the threatening rhetoric that long characterized Beijing’s response to Taiwan’s refusal to unify with the mainland. His government has talked of ending the state of hostility with Taiwan and negotiating a peace treaty.

For Taiwan President Ma Ying-jeou, the deal is the high-point in the rapprochement that he has engineered since being elected two years ago on a platform to reduce tensions and strengthen economic ties. But Ma is under pressure to prove his strategy is working to Taiwan’s boisterous democracy and a divided public Nike Air Max 360 skeptical about Beijing’s intentions.

He told a group of generals Tuesday that the trade pact has been widely viewed as a “positive development within and outside the region.”

Ma assured the generals that Taiwan will not let down its military defenses but will pursue a smaller but more powerful arm forces.

Taiwan’s opposition Democratic Progressive Party has Nike Air Max 2010 criticized Ma for proceeding without enough public input and rejecting calls for a public referendum on the agreement. There have also been street protests against the deal.

Still, polls show a majority of Taiwanese support the deal because of the economic boost it promises.

Notwithstanding years of political tension, Taiwanese businesses are already some of the most eager investors in Nike Max 2009 China, having poured at least $83 billion into the mainland over the past two decades. About 40,000 Taiwanese companies now operate here.

Ma’s government says the deal will keep Taiwanese businesses competitive with Southeast Asian countries, whose free trade agreement with China came into force Jan. 1.

Analysts from the Peterson Institute for International Air Max shoes Economics, a Washington think tank, project the deal could help Taiwan increase its GDP by up to 5.3 percent by 2020 and have described it as “an ambitious accord that fundamentally changes the game between Taiwan and China.”

The Vatican on Monday issued an unprecedented rebuke of a top cardinal who had accused the retired Vatican No. 2 of blocking clerical sex abuse investigations, publicly dressing down a man who had been praised for his criticism of church abuse cover-ups.

The silencing of Cardinal Christoph Schoenborn, the archbishop of Cheap Nike Air Max 90 Vienna and long considered a papal contender, drew heated criticism from clerical abuse victims. They said the Vatican should be honoring Schoenborn, not publicly humiliating him, for his calls for greater transparency and demands for a crackdown on priests who rape and sodomize children.

Schoenborn has also called for an open discussion of priestly celibacy; views that the Vatican said he “clarified” on Monday during an audience with the pope.

As it admonished Schoenborn, the Air Max 180 Vatican appeared caught on the defensive on two other fronts in the ongoing sex abuse scandal: it remained locked in a diplomatic tiff with Belgium over the brazen raid on church offices last week, during which police detained bishops and even opened a crypt in search of church abuse documents. And it bristled at the U.S. Supreme Court decision to let a sex abuse lawsuit in Oregon naming the Holy See go ahead.

Schoenborn had accused the former Vatican secretary of state, Cardinal Angelo Sodano, in April of blocking a church investigation into the late Austrian Cardinal Hans Hermann Groer, who was accused by victims in 1995 of abusing boys at a seminary — a scandal that rocked the Austrian church and cost Groer his job.

Schoenborn also accused Sodano of causing “massive harm” to victims when he dismissed claims Nike Air Max 360 of clerical abuse as “petty gossip” on Easter Sunday.

The Vatican said Monday that only the pope can level such accusations against a cardinal, not another fellow prince of the church. And it sought to clarify the “petty gossip” comment, noting that the pope himself had used the same phrase a week earlier, referring to the need to have “courage to not be intimidated by the petty gossip of dominant opinions.”

The phrase, and Sodano’s repetition of it, had sparked widespread criticism that the Vatican simply didn’t appreciate the significance of the clerical abuse scandal. It suggested the pope himself and his collaborators believed the hundreds of reports that were flooding in of children being molested by priests, and the ensuing questions about the Vatican’s handling of such cases, were mere Nike Air Max 1 gossip, not serious crimes.

The Vatican said that interpretation was “erroneous,” although it didn’t explain what the pontiff or Sodano meant by the phrase. The Vatican said both men felt compassion for victims and condemnation for those behind the abuse.

Victims groups said the Vatican should have praised Schoenborn for his honesty in taking Sodano to task, not humiliate him and stifle other potential whistle-blowers within the church.

“By choosing instead to publicly embarrass Cardinal Schoenborn, the pope is sending an unmistakable message to his bishops that in his administration, avoiding scandal still trumps truth,” said Terence McKiernan, president of BishopAccountability.org, which compiles Nike Free running information and documents on clerical abuse.

The main U.S. victims’ group, SNAP, said the dressing down of Schoenborn, coupled with the pope’s harsh denunciation of the Belgian raid over the weekend, showed that the pope’s professed claim to do everything possible to stop priestly abuse was little more than lip service.

“With his words, Benedict professes concern for victims. But by his actions, Benedict shows concern for his colleagues,” said David Clohessy, executive director of SNAP, the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests.

The Holy See issued the statement after Schoenborn met with the Nike Free 7.0 trainer pontiff in a private audience Monday. The audience was then broadened to include Sodano and the current Vatican secretary of state, Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone.

The Vatican communique said Schoenborn had wanted to “clarify the exact sense of his recent comments” concerning celibacy and Sodano. It said Schoenborn “expressed his displeasure for the interpretations.”

When asked by The Associated Press for further comment, Schoenborn’s spokesman said the cardinal would not be available for an interview.

Schoenborn has been a leading figure in the abuse crisis, forcefully denouncing abuse, presiding over service of reparations for victims and openly calling for an honest examination of issues like priestly celibacy.

Just last week, he unveiled measures designed to prevent Nike Air Max 2010 clerical abuse and help victims in Austria, including the creation of a foundation for victims to cover their therapy costs and possible compensation demands.

Schoenborn’s comments about Sodano were remarkable in that they were directed at Pope John Paul II’s No. 2, who is also under fire for his alleged stonewalling of a Vatican investigation into the founder of the Legionaries of Christ, who was found to have abused seminarians and fathered at least three children.

Though retired as secretary of state, Sodano still wields enormous influence in Vatican circles as the dean of the College of Cardinals.

The Vatican’s public and formal reprimand of such a highly regarded cardinal is extremely rare. Previously, cardinals who have Nike Free 3.0V2 stepped out of line questioning church policy or doctrine have quietly issued their own mea culpas.

Schoenborn made the comments April 28 to a select group of Austrian journalists. He made them in a bid to defend Pope Benedict XVI, who was coming under fire himself for his handling of abuse cases both during his time as archbishop of Munich and as the head of the Vatican’s doctrine office.

In the discussion, Schoenborn said then-Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger had immediately pushed for an investigative commission to look into the allegations against Groer. The cardinal stepped down shortly after the first allegations surfaced — officially due to Air Max 97 old age. He died in 2003 but never admitted any guilt.

But Schoenborn said Ratzinger was thwarted by others in the Vatican — described by Schoenborn as the “diplomatic track,” meaning the secretariat of state, a clear reference to Sodano.

The Vatican statement Monday recalled that “in the church, only the pope has the competence to deal with accusations against a cardinal; other instances can have a consultation function, but always with the necessary respect for the people involved.”

In other comments on April 28, Schoenborn was quoted as saying the quality of Nike Free shoes a gay relationship should be taken into greater consideration, the church needed a new perspective on the remarriage of divorcees, and it was no secret the Vatican government was “in urgent need of reform.”

Seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong announced on his Twitter website Monday that this year’s Tour with his RadioShack teammates will be his final one.

“And yes, this will be final Tour de France. It’s been a great ride. Looking forward to three great weeks,” the 38-year-old American Armstrong wrote.

Realizing his tweet included several mistakes Nike Max 90 Armstrong then re-tweeted, “Doh, sorry, meant “my” final Tour.”

On Saturday, Armstrong will lead team RadioShack to begin his bid for an eighth Tour de France title.

Monday’s announcement comes just one month after the Texan found himself embroiled in new doping allegations, dismissing accusations levelled by his former teammate Floyd Landis.

Landis, who was stripped of his 2006 Tour de France title after a positive drug test, pointed the finger at Air Max 95 numerous cyclists, including Armstrong, and said that doping was intrinsic at the elite level of the sport. Armstrong was quick to attack Landis’ credibility.

Armstrong successfully beat cancer in 1998 to go on and win seven consecutive yellow jerseys from the world’s toughest bike race in 1999-2005.

He returned to the sport last year after a three-year ‘retirement’.

Armstrong placed third at the 2009 Tour race and this year he finished second in Air Max 97 the Tour of Switzerland and third in the Tour of Luxembourg. He crashed out of the Tour of California on home soil in May.

Armstrong will line up at this year’s race in a team which includes Cheap Nike Air Max former Tour runner-up Andreas Kloden of Germany, and American Levi Leipheimer among other experienced stage race campaigners.

It’s clear why advisor William Wesley has been so relentless courting suitors with conditions and circumstances with which they can secure LeBron James(notes): For basketball’s biggest dealmaker, there’s little personal benefit to James Air Max LeBron VII re-signing with the Cleveland Cavaliers. To team executives in the chase and those familiar with the dynamics of James’ inner circle, World Wide Wes’ agenda is clear: Get LeBron out of Cleveland and push himself into a prominent place of power.

To be considered the architect of the sport’s grandest transaction, World Wide Wes needs James out of the clutches of the Cavaliers.

“If LeBron leaves, Wes is going to get carte blanche wherever he signs,” one source told Yahoo! Sports. “He’s going to have the run of the place, and he doesn’t have that in Cleveland. He has access there, but Maverick Carter is the guy with the keys there. …[Carter’s] much more influential, and would always be in Cleveland.”

This is the push and pull on the inside of Team LeBron, sources say – agendas colliding in self-interest as the start of free agency creeps closer on Thursday. In the end, James is too strong to let someone else make a decision for him, but there remains strong influences deeply immersed in this process with him.

Beyond James’ own sentimentality and belief of staying the course with Cleveland, the best chance the Cavaliers have to re-sign James likely belongs to Air Max shoes Carter, his business manager, and the high school buddies on the payroll. Should James leave for the bright lights and big cities, his childhood associates become less relevant, less impressive. “No one cares about those guys walking around in Chicago or Miami or New York,” one league executive said.

James’ friends have had the run of Cleveland for seven years, unchecked power within the corridors of the Cavaliers organization. Around Cleveland and nearby Akron, where they were brought up with James, they don’t need to have the two-time MVP surrounding them to be considered VIPs. Maybe that doesn’t end with James elsewhere, but it dramatically changes.

Carter has counted upon James’LeBron VII money to bankroll a fledgling marketing company, LRMR, and James’ staying with Cleveland would be worth $30 million more over the life of a six-year contract than if he signed with another team.

LRMR has little revenue coming in, and going out they have offices, staff, attorneys, five-star hotel bills and the use of private jets. For James’ associates, the cost of living promises to be far steeper beyond the life they’ve made for themselves in Northeast Ohio.

There isn’t strife within Team LeBron, but tension? Yes, there’s tension, sources say. After all, Carter has set himself up as the Nike Air Max 2010 conduit to James, his marketing guru, the man all things must go through before they reach James’ ears. He controls his own people in the media, plants the stories he wants reported. Team LeBron had the grand idea for a city-to-city free-agent tour that had to be cancelled because of the backlash this frenzy had started to incur.

World Wide Wes doesn’t spend the time that Maverick does with James, but he has far greater influence with front offices and teams. Carter tried to work an arrangement with David Geffen to buy controlling interest of the Los Angeles Clippers, but owner Donald Sterling has shown no interest in selling. This would’ve been Carter’s coup, his way to move James into Hollywood and an epic tangle with Nike Air Max 95 Kobe Bryant(notes) and the Los Angeles Lakers. It would’ve been his score, his deal, and Wes would’ve been on the outside.

Only, it never happened and the process is back where it started: With Wesley selling New York and New Jersey on making deals for Chris Paul(notes), and advising Chicago and Miami to clear cap space to make room for James and other star free agents. Cleveland isn’t out of this, but the world changes around LeBron James if he declares he’s leaving home. One of those teams will owe World Wide Wes, and payback will come with raises for the Nike Air Max 2003 coaches he represents, with contracts for the players he’ll want to eventually bring there.

The power of World Wide Wes – real, mythical or blurred in between – is on trial now. Ultimate deal for Wesley or ultimate bust. Which is why he’s pushing for James to leave Cleveland, to leave the superstar’s comfort zone. Wes’ ability to work the league for years could come down to the NBA’s most historic free agent staying or going, stepping out and moving away or clinging close to the Air Max 2009 people and place he has always known.

Yes, this is LeBron James’ choice, and it needs to be because the agendas surrounding serve every interest but his own.
